Andissa is a supplementary learning tool. Its lessons and questions are intended to support CAPS-related learning, but are not an official Department of Basic Education publication, examination paper, qualification or accredited assessment. Unless expressly confirmed with evidence, no school, government department or examination body endorses Andissa. Use your current prescribed curriculum materials and teacher instructions for official requirements.

Learning outcomes depend on prior knowledge, effort, instruction and many other factors. Daily use, including suggested 5–7 minute sessions, does not guarantee higher marks, a pass, university admission or reduced tutoring needs. XP, activity statistics and in-app scores are motivational or practice measures, not official school results. App participation does not prove mastery of an entire subject.

We aim to make explanations, answers, diagrams and questions helpful and accurate, but errors or omissions may occur. Some newly added practice questions still require full subject-teacher review. Verify important points against prescribed materials and report concerns to leo@andissa.com.

Do not attempt a chemical, electrical, biological or physical experiment merely because it appears in a lesson. Follow your school's safety instructions and use appropriate supervision and equipment. Content is not a substitute for a risk assessment or professional safety guidance. Parents and educators should ensure age-appropriate and safe use.

Third-party sites have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean endorsement or a guarantee of accuracy or security. Take care before sharing personal information elsewhere. Internet availability and data charges depend on your provider; any example data-use estimate is not a guaranteed maximum.

These disclaimers do not excuse negligent or unlawful conduct, remove required child-consent safeguards, waive POPIA rights, or exclude liability that South African law does not permit us to exclude.
